- Accurate public information about programmes and status
- Agreement to the member standards and complaints process
- Authorised contacts and consent for approved directory information
Schools
School applicants should identify the competent authority, registration or licensing basis and the education stages they provide.
Colleges and universities
Post-secondary applicants should identify degree-awarding, licensing or institutional status through the relevant public authority.
Normally ineligible
Applications may be declined where identity cannot be verified, public claims are misleading, required authority is absent or the applicant refuses applicable standards.
