General Assembly
The General Assembly exercises the powers assigned to the membership under the association’s governing documents.
Board
The Board provides strategic oversight, approves policy and monitors risk, finance and organisational performance.
Committees
Delegated committees may support membership, finance, programmes or complaints. Their authority must be defined and recorded.
Secretariat
The Secretariat carries out approved work and remains accountable to the governing bodies of the association.
Governance records
Approved statutes, policies, reports and declarations are published when they are current and suitable for public release.
